Return and Refund Policy

A return may be issued no later than 30 days after purchase. Returns may be refunded, or exchanged for a product of equal value or store credit. Return merchandise must be unopened and/or in unused condition. Please contact fierceaquatics@gmail.com, subject line "RETURN ORDER # XXXXX", to initiate the return process. Please include a detailed description of the reason for your return (i.e. damaged during shipment, incorrect size or item, etc.), and how you would like to be compensated for your return. Fierce Aquatics will provide a response to your request for return, including next steps and additional instructions, within 24 hours of initial email.
